Hezbollah Launches Anti-Tank Missiles at Manara and Metula, Causing Fires
Jun 22, 2024, 03:25 PM
Hezbollah launched two anti-tank guided missiles from Lebanon, striking the northern border community of Manara earlier in the morning. The missiles hit open areas in the kibbutz, including the plantations area, with no injuries reported. Hezbollah claimed responsibility for targeting a building used by Israeli soldiers in Manara in the Upper Galilee, achieving a direct hit with appropriate weapons. Later, Hezbollah targeted the northern town of Metula, hitting several homes and causing fires. The Israeli military (IDF) confirmed that two homes in Metula were directly hit by anti-tank missiles, and images from Lebanon showed the aftermath of the attack. Hezbollah claimed responsibility for targeting buildings used by Israeli soldiers in both Manara and Metula.
