Ukrainian Missile Attack on Sevastopol Kills Three, Including Child, Injures Nearly 100
Jun 23, 2024, 11:54 AM
A Ukrainian missile attack on the Russian-annexed city of Sevastopol in Crimea resulted in three fatalities, including a two-year-old child, and nearly 100 injuries. The attack involved five ATACMS missiles equipped with cluster warheads, four of which were intercepted by Russian air defense. The fifth missile deviated from its flight path and exploded over the city. The incident occurred on a beach, with 27 children injured, five of whom are in critical condition. In total, 124 people were wounded. The attack has been confirmed by the Moscow-appointed governor of Sevastopol, Mikhail Razvozhaev, and Russia's defense ministry.
