IDF's 401st Brigade Targets Hamas Stronghold at Kamal Adwan Hospital, Safeguards Civilians

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have initiated a new operation at Kamal Adwan Hospital in Jabalia, northern Gaza, following intelligence from the IDF and the Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) indicating the presence of Hamas operatives and terrorist infrastructure in the area. The IDF claims that the hospital has been used as a Hamas terrorist stronghold since the onset of the conflict. The operation involves soldiers from the 401st Brigade under the command of the 162nd Division, who are conducting targeted operations while taking measures to safeguard civilians, patients, and medical staff. The IDF has coordinated evacuations with international organizations to minimize harm to non-combatants. The operation follows reports that Hamas has ignored previous evacuation calls and continues to use the hospital for terror activities, in violation of international law.
