Speaking to victims of Naxal violence from the Bastar region of Chhattisgarh in New Delhi, Shah urged Naxalites to surrender, lay down their arms, and join the mainstream. Shah highlighted the Modi government's success in curbing Naxalism, noting that it has been eliminated in all but four districts of Bastar.
