Bitcoin scaling protocol QED has raised $6 million in a seed funding round, achieving a nine-figure valuation. Blockchain Capital led the investment, which concluded in April and was structured as a simple agreement for future equity (SAFE) plus token warrants. QED, which focuses on zero-knowledge proof verification technology, has now secured a total of $6 million in funding. The funding round began in March and closed in April, with Blockchain Capital as the sole investor. QED’s founder Carter Feldman revealed the details of the funding structure.
