SpaceX's Starlink satellite internet service is set to surpass 4 million subscribers this week, according to President and COO Gwynne Shotwell. This milestone marks significant growth for the service, which had 3 million subscribers in May and 2 million in September 2023. Starlink has added approximately 7,700 new customers per day over the last four months, connecting users across 110 countries. The service, which began with its first launch in May 2019 and connected its first customer in October 2020, reached 1 million subscribers in December 2022 and now provides high-speed internet to over 4 million people globally.
