Sean 'Diddy' Combs Indicted on Sex Trafficking, Racketeering Charges; Denied Bail
Sep 17, 2024, 08:45 PM
Sean 'Diddy' Combs has been indicted on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering, and other related offenses. On September 16, Combs was indicted and subsequently arrested. He pleaded not guilty to the charges in a federal court in New York. Despite his attorneys proposing a $50 million bond and home detention, Judge Robyn Tarnofsky denied bail, citing concerns over witness intimidation and Combs' previous contact with witnesses. As a result, Combs will remain in federal custody while awaiting trial. If convicted, he faces up to life in prison.
