Russia has summoned the US Ambassador to Russia, Lynne Tracy, to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs following a Ukrainian missile strike on Sevastopol in Crimea. The strike, which involved the use of ATACMS missiles, resulted in the deaths of four people, including two children. The Russian Foreign Ministry conveyed that it holds Washington responsible for the attack, citing US support for Ukraine's military actions. Moscow warned that such encouragement of the Kiev regime will not go unpunished and indicated that there will be response measures.
