Sep 26, 2024, 12:30 AM
New Zealand has finalized a trade deal with the United Arab Emirates, marking New Zealand's fastest ever trade agreement after just four months of negotiation. The agreement will immediately eliminate tariffs on 98.5% of New Zealand's exports to the UAE, with this figure growing to 99% within three years. The deal is expected to unlock economic opportunities for exporters and boost supply chains with one of New Zealand's most important trading partners in the Middle East.
