Bittensor Blockchain Halted After Security Breach Drains $8 Million in $TAO Tokens

The Bittensor blockchain has been temporarily halted following a reported security attack on multiple user wallets. The TAO Foundation is investigating the attacks, which have affected several Bittensor wallets and $TAO validators. On-chain transactions have been stopped until more information about the breach is obtained. At least one wallet has been drained of $8 million worth of TAO tokens. The community administrator of the Tao Community Discord confirmed the halt and ongoing investigation. ZachXBT reported the network halt.
