Poland plans to temporarily suspend the right to asylum as part of a new migration strategy aimed at reducing undocumented migration and enhancing security. Prime Minister Donald Tusk announced the decision amid heightened tensions with Belarus and Russia, which Poland accuses of orchestrating migrant flows across its border to destabilize the region. Tusk stated that Poland will "do whatever it takes" to block illegal migration and emphasized that the strategy is focused on "regaining control and ensuring security." He also said that Poland will demand recognition of this decision in Europe.
