Over 100 Israeli Settlers Attack West Bank Village, Killing Rasheed Sadah
Aug 15, 2024, 11:28 PM
On Thursday night, over 100 Israeli settlers, some masked and armed, stormed the Palestinian village of Jit near Qalqilya in the occupied West Bank. The settlers set fire to four houses and six vehicles, resulting in the death of 23-year-old Palestinian Rasheed Sadah and another person seriously injured. The attack involved the use of stones, Molotov cocktails, and live gunfire. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu condemned the violence and called for the arrest of those responsible. The incident has drawn widespread condemnation from both Israeli and international officials, including the White House, which labeled the attacks as 'unacceptable.'
