China's Ministry of Commerce has issued a report criticizing the United States for its non-compliance with World Trade Organization (WTO) commitments. The report, released on Thursday, urges Washington to correct its practices. In response to the U.S.'s recent tariff hikes on Chinese goods under Section 301, China expressed strong dissatisfaction and opposition on Saturday, labeling the measures as unilateral and protectionist. The Chinese Ministry of Commerce emphasized that these tariffs undermine the international trade order and jeopardize global industrial and supply chains. Additionally, China vowed to take necessary steps to defend its firms' interests and called on the U.S. to cancel the tariffs immediately.
