OpenAI has announced a partnership with Reddit to integrate Reddit's content into ChatGPT and other products. This collaboration will utilize Reddit's Data API to provide real-time, structured content for OpenAI's AI models. Additionally, OpenAI will become an advertiser on Reddit, and Reddit will gain access to new AI-powered features and moderation tools. Following the announcement, Reddit's stock rose by 7% in after-hours trading. Reddit's shares also rose 6% in extended trade. Sam Altman was recused from the deal.
