Ontario Premier Doug Ford has threatened to cut off energy exports to the United States in response to President-elect Donald Trump's proposed 25% tariff on all Canadian products, set to be implemented on January 20 or 21, 2025. Ford emphasized that this action would be a 'last resort,' aimed at protecting the livelihoods of Ontarians and Canadians.
