Israel Uses Over 100 Aircraft, Including F-35s, in Largest-Ever Strikes on Iran
Oct 26, 2024, 04:08 AM
On October 26, 2024, Israel conducted a significant air strike against military targets in Iran, involving over 100 aircraft, including F-35, F-15, and F-16 fighter jets. The operation, which required Israel's own air refueling capabilities, was carried out in three waves over a distance of approximately 2,000 kilometers. The Israeli aircraft targeted around 20 sites, including missile production facilities, drone facilities, and air defense systems. According to reports, this marks the largest attack by Israel against Iran to date. Iran acknowledged the strikes, referring to Israel as 'the fake regime,' and stated that the attacks caused limited damage while expressing readiness to counter any aggression. The Israeli Defense Forces indicated that the strikes were in response to an October 1 attack and are currently assessing the ongoing situation.
