IDF Withdraws from Khiam after Hezbollah Resistance; 50,000 Troops Deployed

Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have reportedly completed their withdrawal from the town of Khiam and its surrounding areas in southern Lebanon. This move follows intense resistance from Hezbollah militants, which has been characterized by a series of strikes that have hindered the IDF's operations. Reports indicate that despite deploying over 50,000 troops, the IDF was unable to secure any villages in Lebanon, including Khiam. The withdrawal was coordinated with representatives from the International and Lebanese Red Cross, alongside UNIFIL and the Lebanese Army.
