The previous day, Israeli airstrikes hit Sanaa International Airport and other key sites, resulting in at least six deaths. The WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus was at the airport during the Israeli strike, and a crew member was injured. The Houthis have vowed to intensify their attacks against Israel in response to these aggressions.
