Iran to Supply 1,500 Drones to YPG/PKK Amid 1,000 Strategic Drones and Zolfaqar Exercise

Iran is set to enhance its military capabilities with the addition of 1,000 strategic drones to its army, as announced by the Iranian Army's Chief of Staff and Deputy Commander for Coordination Affairs. This development is part of a larger military exercise, dubbed 'Zolfaqar', scheduled for late February. Concurrently, reports indicate that Iran has agreed to supply 1,500 suicide drones to the Kurdish YPG/PKK group in Syria. This agreement aims to counter Turkey's military operations in the region. While the parties have reached an understanding, the delivery of these drones has not yet occurred due to Turkey's ongoing surveillance and military readiness.
