Former Air Canada Manager to Surrender in Largest Gold Heist at Pearson Airport
Jun 14, 2024, 04:11 PM
A former Air Canada manager, wanted on a Canada-wide warrant for his alleged involvement in the largest gold heist in Canadian history, is preparing to turn himself in, according to his lawyer. The heist took place at Pearson International Airport, and two other suspects, Simran Preet Panesar and Arsalan Chaudhary, have fled the country. The former manager was reportedly nervous and sweating while showing police the warehouse where the heist occurred. He quit his job shortly after the police tour and later disappeared. The news was reported by CBC News and Katie Nicholson.
