An Atlantic City man has been indicted for allegedly using a drone to drop food dye packs into both commercial and residential swimming pools, causing the water to turn a 'greenish/yellow' color. The indictment, announced by the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office, states that the 31-year-old man conspired with another individual to carry out the acts between June and September of 2023. The incident raised concerns over vandalism and safety in the community, as the dye was released into multiple pools in the area.
