The Kenneth Fire in Los Angeles County is being investigated as arson, with one suspect in custody, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. The fire, burning in the Calabasas and West Hills area, has grown to nearly 1,000 acres. Authorities report that the suspect, believed to be a homeless man in his 30s, was detained by citizens before being handed over to police.
