The New York Mets have signed outfielder Juan Soto to a historic 15-year contract worth $765 million, surpassing Shohei Ohtani's previous record deal. Soto, who became a free agent after playing for the New York Yankees, will receive a signing bonus of $114 billion yen and an average annual salary exceeding $70 billion yen.
