Taliban Arrests Seven Members in Takhar for Alleged ISKP Collaboration Last Week

The Taliban has arrested seven of its members in Takhar province on suspicion of collaborating with the Islamic State Khorasan Province (ISKP). The detainees, who belong to the same family, were apprehended last week in the Do Rahi area of Baharak district. They are reportedly related to Maulvi Noor-ud-din Umair, a senior Uzbek commander of the Afghan Taliban and a deputy governor of Sar-i-Pul province.
