A gunman opened fire near the Israeli embassy in the Rabieh area of Amman, Jordan, leading to his death and injuring three police officers. Jordanian security forces cordoned off the area, closed roads leading to the embassy, and reported heavy gunfire in the vicinity. Drones were observed circling above the embassy during the incident. Ambulances were dispatched to the scene. The Jordanian government declared the incident a terrorist attack against security forces performing their duties.
