Dec 17, 2024, 06:00 PM
YouTube has announced a partnership with Creative Artists Agency (CAA) to empower celebrities with the ability to manage their digital likenesses against unauthorized AI use. This initiative will enable artists to identify and remove AI-generated deepfakes of themselves. The collaboration is set to begin testing in early 2025, involving leading celebrity talent, including actors and prominent athletes from the NBA and NFL. Specific names of participating talent have not yet been disclosed. Additionally, a 'clean' AI video model is expected to launch in early 2025, targeting Hollywood clients.
