VisitYouTube Bans Tayler Hansen (@TaylerUSA) Over Tenet Media Ties Despite DOJ Indictment
Sep 7, 2024, 12:40 AM
YouTube has permanently banned Tayler Hansen (@TaylerUSA), a field reporter, for his brief association with Tenet Media. Hansen was reportedly unaware that Tenet Media's founders were receiving millions of dollars from Moscow. This ban comes just two months before the U.S. Presidential Election. The Department of Justice (DOJ) has stated that Hansen and other influencers at Tenet were victims of fraud according to the DOJ Indictment. Despite this, YouTube has not provided a clear explanation for the ban, including why Hansen's old videos on his personal channel were removed. There are concerns that other influencers associated with Tenet Media, such as Tim Pool and Benny Johnson, might also face similar actions.
