Venezuela Denounces Alleged Election Intervention by Nine Latin American Countries

The governments of Uruguay, Argentina, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Panamá, Paraguay, and Perú have expressed their concern and announced close monitoring of the electoral events in Venezuela. In response, the Venezuelan government, led by Nicolás Maduro, has denounced what it describes as an 'operation of intervention' against its presidential election. Venezuela claims this intervention is orchestrated by nine Latin American countries and foreign powers, threatening its right to self-determination and national sovereignty.
