UN Report: Russia Systematically Uses Sexual Torture on Ukrainian Civilians and POWs

A recent report by the United Nations and the Independent International Commission of Inquiry on Ukraine reveals that Russia is systematically torturing Ukrainian civilians and prisoners of war in almost all detention centers where they are held. The report highlights that two-thirds of the victims are men and boys, who have been subjected to severe sexual torture, including rape, castration, electric shocks, genital beatings, forced nudity, and sexualized humiliation. These acts have been classified as crimes against humanity by the commission.
