Ukrainian Forces Destroy Two Russian KS-701 Boats Near Kerch and Chornomorske in Crimea

On the night of May 30, 2024, Ukrainian special forces conducted a successful naval drone attack on two Russian KS-701 'Tuna' type boats in Crimea. The operation was carried out by Group 13 of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of Ukraine (HUR) using Magura V5 marine attack drones. The boats, which are primarily used by Russian border guards and rescue services, were struck near the port in Chornomorske and Kerch on the western coast of Crimea. Ukrainian Intelligence released footage of the attack, which showed Russian attempts to counter the strike using aviation 32 times. The operation marks a significant achievement for Ukrainian forces in the ongoing conflict with Russia.
