Jul 23, 2024, 01:27 PM
Ukrainian drones have targeted and significantly damaged the Russian ferry 'Slavyanin' in the port of Kavkaz, located in Russia's Krasnodar Krai near the Kerch Strait and Crimean Bridge. The ferry, used for transporting railway wagons, motor vehicles, and containers for military purposes, was struck in a coordinated attack by the Ukrainian Defense Forces. The attack resulted in one death and four injuries, with two individuals in serious condition. This marks another instance of Ukraine's ongoing strikes on Russian targets since the full-scale invasion by Russia. Local authorities have confirmed casualties and damage to the ferry, which is the third and last railway ferry Russia had in the Kerch Strait area.
