Ukrainian drone strikes have targeted the Lipetsk Air Base in western Russia, causing significant explosions and fires at an ammunition depot on the base. The attack, which took place overnight, has led to a state of emergency being declared by local authorities. As a result, evacuations are underway for residents in four nearby settlements, and public transport in the city has been halted. The regional governor, Igor Artamonov, reported that the attack disrupted power supplies and injured six people.
