The Ukrainian Army has captured a significant number of Russian soldiers in the Kursk region of Russia. Reports indicate that several hundred Russian troops have been taken as prisoners of war in recent days, with the total number approaching 1,000. Many of these prisoners are reportedly conscripts. Additionally, the Ukrainian 225th Assault Battalion captured eight Russian soldiers who were part of regular military units redeployed to Kursk from other directions.
