Ukrainian Air Force Intercepts 29 of 30 Russian Missiles, Including Kinzhal, with Patriot Missiles

The Ukrainian Air Force successfully intercepted a significant portion of a Russian missile and drone attack overnight. According to reports, Ukrainian air defenses shot down 29 out of 30 hostile aerial targets. This included 24 Shahed-131/136 one-way drones, 4 Kh-101/555 air-launched cruise missiles, and 1 Kh-47M2 'Kinzhal' aerial ballistic missile. The attacks targeted Kyiv and other regions, with the Ukrainian Air Force highlighting the effectiveness of their air defense systems, particularly the Patriot missiles, in protecting lives. Additionally, one Iskander-M missile was not intercepted. The interception occurred amidst nationwide monsoon level weather.
