NATO Chief Mark Rutte has expressed serious concern, labeling the move as a violation of U.N. Security Council resolutions. Rutte also indicated NATO's preparedness to actively cooperate with South Korea to address the situation. South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol has vowed to take steps in response and plans to dispatch a delegation to NATO to share more information on North Korea-Russia military cooperation.
