Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is warning against excessive expectations for quick success in Ukraine's campaign to reclaim occupied lands. He stated that Ukraine's attacks on the Russian Navy in the Black Sea have crippled Moscow's war efforts, but emphasized that a revolutionary technological breakthrough is not imminent.
