Ukraine's energy infrastructure is under massive attack from Russia, according to Energy Minister Herman Halushchenko, who stated, "Our energy industry is under a massive attack from the enemy." Russian forces have targeted energy facilities across the country, prompting Ukrenergo, the national power grid operator, to implement emergency power outages nationwide. Explosions have been reported in multiple cities, including Lutsk, Rivne, Kropyvnytskyi, Kharkiv, Sumy, Odessa, Poltava, Cherkasy, and the capital, Kyiv. Missiles were also spotted in the Poltava and Cherkasy regions. The widespread attacks have severely disrupted Ukraine's energy sector.
