Ukraine Intercepts 72 of 76 Russian Shahed Drones in Recent Attacks

The Ukrainian Air Force reported that it successfully intercepted a significant number of drones launched by Russia in recent attacks. On the night of September 13, Ukrainian air defenses shot down 24 out of 26 drones launched by Russia. In a subsequent attack on the night of September 14, Ukrainian air defenses intercepted 72 out of 76 Shahed kamikaze drones over 12 regions, including the center, south, and east of the country. These drone attacks resulted in at least 6 deaths and 25 injuries in Ukraine.
