VisitUkraine Intelligence Chief Budanov Reveals Failed Assassination Attempts on Putin

Kyrylo Budanov, head of the Main Intelligence Agency (GUR) of Ukraine, has revealed that there have been unsuccessful attempts to assassinate Russian President Vladimir Putin. In an interview with the Ukrainian New Voice newspaper, Budanov stated that these attempts were made but have failed so far. He added that Russians are afraid of losing Putin because they see him as the guarantor of their life stability. Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov has not commented on these revelations.
