Oct 25, 2024, 12:50 PM
The UK has confirmed that evidence of potential war crimes collected by British RAF spy planes operating over Gaza could be handed to the International Criminal Court (ICC). The Ministry of Defence disclosed that intelligence gathered by these surveillance aircraft could be used as evidence against Israel in The Hague. The ICC has sought arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Defence Minister Yoav Gallant. UK surveillance aircraft have carried out almost daily flights over Palestinian territory and could provide photos to judges at The Hague if requested.
