The United Kingdom has announced significant financial support for Ukraine's maritime defense efforts. On October 22, the UK government stated it will allocate $155 million to a naval coalition aimed at protecting Ukraine's ports and the grain corridor. Additionally, the UK is donating £120 million to the Maritime Capability Coalition to fund the delivery of maritime drones, including aerial and uncrewed boats, as well as surveillance radars. The UK is also seeking partners to co-fund these efforts. This initiative is part of a broader effort to enhance Ukraine's maritime security amid ongoing conflicts.
