VisitTyreek Hill Signals Exit from Dolphins After 8-9 Season, First Playoff Miss
Jan 6, 2025, 04:00 AM
Miami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill has indicated a desire to leave the team following their season-ending 32-20 loss to the New York Jets, which concluded an 8-9 season and marked the first time Hill has missed the playoffs in his career. Hill, who did not play in the fourth quarter of the game due to a wrist injury, expressed frustration and a competitive drive to do what's best for his career and family. He hinted at opening the door for a potential trade, stating, 'I’m out, bro. It was great playing here, but at the end of the day I got to do what’s best for my career.' Hill's comments come after a season where he fell short of 1,000 receiving yards for the first time since 2019, finishing with 939 yards and only two receptions for 20 yards in the final game. Despite his contract running through the 2026 season, his remarks have sparked speculation about his future with the Dolphins.
