VisitTwo-Year-Old Temu Challenges Amazon by Targeting Consumers and Sellers
Oct 6, 2024, 04:31 AM
Temu, a rapidly growing e-commerce platform founded only two years ago, is emerging as a significant competitor to Amazon, targeting both its consumers and sellers. According to a report by Nikkei, Temu will soon have more users than Amazon. Data analysis from US Sensor Tower indicates that in August, Temu's application reached 91% of the number of Amazon app users, ranking third among major e-commerce platforms. Temu has already entered the top ten e-commerce marketplaces, becoming a household name despite its short history. The company aims to capture a share of the $140 billion delivery services market that Amazon offers to merchants.
