Two two-year-old children were found dead inside a vehicle in Norman, Oklahoma, after accidentally being left there. This incident marks the first Pediatric Vehicular Heatstroke (PVH) deaths in Oklahoma this year and brings the total number of PVH deaths in the United States to 29 for this year. The cumulative total of such deaths since 1998 has reached 1000. Police confirmed the deaths, which occurred Thursday afternoon. Local residents have expressed their heartbreak over the tragic event.
