Two Injured as Pittsburg Apartment Fire Spreads to 55 Acres in Contra Costa County

Emergency crews responded to a multi-unit apartment building fire in Pittsburg on Monday morning. Two people suffered serious injuries and were rushed to the hospital. The fire, which was a two-alarm incident, spread from the building to 55 acres of grass and bushes on the west edge of Pittsburg in Contra Costa County. The blaze has been knocked down and is currently under investigation by officials.
