Trump's World Liberty Financial to Launch $300 Million WLFI Token Sale on October 15th, Leveraging AaveDAO and Ethereum Mainnet

Former President Donald Trump's DeFi project, World Liberty Financial (WLF), is set to launch its WLFI token sale on October 15th. The project aims to raise $300 million by selling 20% of its token supply, which is valued at $1.5 billion. The WLFI tokens will be offered to accredited investors, with the whitelist already open for sign-ups. The initiative seeks to leverage Aave v3 on the Ethereum Mainnet to enhance liquidity for ETH, WBTC, and stablecoins like USDC. As part of the proposal, AaveDAO will receive 20% of the fees and 7% of the WLFI tokens, which will be non-transferable and farmed as rewards. The public sale will be preceded by a Twitter Spaces event on October 14th to provide more details about the project.
