Trumps World Liberty Financial, a DeFi project supported by the Trump family, has engaged in substantial on-chain purchases of Ethereum (ETH). The company reportedly bought over $20 million worth of ETH within a short period, with transactions amounting to $5 million, $10 million, $15 million, and $20 million being reported. These purchases were made using various cryptocurrencies including USDT and USDC, with one transaction specifically noted at $3,215 per ETH for 1,555 ETH using $5 million USDC. The funds used for these purchases are said to have originated from the public sale of the $WLFI token.
