Trump Announces Plan to End Sanctuary Cities Nationwide, Boost Law Enforcement

Former President Donald Trump has announced a comprehensive plan to end all sanctuary cities across the United States, including North Carolina. In his announcement, Trump emphasized that, upon taking office, he would immediately deploy federal law enforcement to cities that fail to cooperate with Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) in turning over criminal aliens. Trump also stated that he would seek congressional approval to outlaw sanctuary cities. The plan includes a pledge to target and capture gang members, drug dealers, rapists, murderers, and migrant criminals, and boost law enforcement in regions that don't cooperate with ICE.
