On September 26, 2024, TKO Group Holdings, the parent company of UFC, reached a revised settlement agreement in the Le v. Zuffa antitrust lawsuit for $375 million. This new settlement, which is an increase of $40 million from the previously rejected $335 million agreement, will be paid in installments and is expected to be tax-deductible. The settlement is still subject to court approval by a federal judge. Additionally, the Johnson v. Zuffa lawsuit is in its early stages, with a motion to dismiss the complaint currently pending.
