Three members of the American gospel group The Nelons were among seven people killed in a plane crash in Gillette, Wyoming on Friday, July 26. The single-engine Pilatus PC-12 aircraft went down near the Montana-Wyoming state line, sparking a wildfire. The deceased members of the group were Kelly Nelon Clark, Jason Clark, and Amber Nelon Kistler. The crash also claimed the lives of four others, including a Georgia Corrections official and the group's assistant. The Nelons, a Grammy-nominated and Gospel Music Association Hall of Fame quartet, were traveling when the tragic incident occurred.
